The straps simply loop around the boot lid of your 124

Here is what Nick thought : I had the first opportunity to use the Boot-bag on the Abarth 124 this weekend in howling gales and pouring rain. Everything in the bag stayed dry and the bag stayed put on the boot lid after a quick stop to check that all the straps were cinched up tight. No signs of damage on the panel edges so all good.

The boot-bag sits on soft non slip matting to protect paintwork its 4mm thick and slightly bigger than the bag no metal hooks or clips to damage paint with this Fiat 124 Spider luggage rack system.

Then take the ends of the webbing and attach to the 6 ladder lock buckles on top of the bag. These are the same as you would find on a quality rucksack and once the webbing is tight it won't come loose. Detach the shoulder strap.

boot-bag is fully waterproof the two patches on top of the bag are sown then welded so no water can leak through the stitching.

Its even possible to open the boot with the bag attached. Boot-bag is fine on cars with a L shaped boot like this Honda just fill the boot before you lay the straps out.
