The 'boot-bag' - BMW Z4 luggage
We make a unique BMW Z4 luggage bag alternative the boot-bag. Boot-bag is a waterproof luggage bag that straps to the boot lid of your Z4 without a rack. We also manufacture an innovative luggage rack for both the Z4 E89 and E85 that attaches without clamps straps or brackets. Revo Rack - see below.
Cars have evolved in many ways over the past 50 years yet, the boot rack has remained unchanged. All it allows you to do is fix a bag to the your car by first fixing the rack to the car, in 2008 we thought 'why not just fix the bag to the boot ?' and boot-bag was born. We have sold over 25,000 since then.

Revo-Rack BMW Z4 Luggage Rack from £269.95
We manufacture an innovative luggage rack for the Z4. Revo Rack is made from 25mm Magnesium & Aluminium tube so is very light (1.7kg) and will never rust. The rack attaches to your Z4 using Vacuum cup technology this was developed in the 1960's to hold film camera's to cars. The rack uses three 115mm vacuum cups each rated as being bale to carry an 18kg load, in theory the rack can hold 54kg. Revo-Racks will fit all Z4 models inc the new G29.
Vacuum cups employ the force of atmospheric pressure to grip a surface: When a vacuum exists between the cup and the surface on which it is attached, the weight of Earth's atmosphere holds the cup in place with incredible force these are very different to suction cups, you physically pump the air out to create an incredibly strong bond.
Revo-Racks vacuum cups have a hand-actuated pump to efficiently remove air from between the rubber pad and the attaching boot lid. Because the full face of the pad is brought into contact with the boot lid, distortion is reduced, allowing the cup to be used with very little risk of damage.

Fitted in 90 seconds without tools
The boot-bag sits on soft non slip matting to protect paintwork its 4mm thick and slightly bigger than the bag no metal hooks or clips to damage paint with this BMW Z4 luggage system.
boot-bag is supplied with 3 straps lay these out across your open boot.
Then place the boot-bag and matting onto the boot lid, the matting is slightly bigger than the bag. The bag has a zip on 3 sides thats covered by a flap held in place by velco make sure the logo is showing on the right. The side of the bag without the zip faces into the wind.
Then take the ends of the webbing and attach to the 6 ladder lock buckles on top of the bag. These are the same as you would find on a quality rucksack and once the webbing is tight it won't come loose. Detach the shoulder strap.
boot-bag is fully waterproof the two patches on top of the bag are sown then welded so no water can leak through the stitching.
Its even possible to open the boot with the bag attached. Boot-bag is fine on cars with a L shaped boot like this Honda just fill the boot before you lay the straps out.
