The racks are 108x42cm in size The Spring boot rack has four feet that can swivel and simply clamp onto the edge of your boot-lid. The fixing points the feet attach too simply slide along the rails and like the fit are held in place with a bolt. The boot racks feet are powder coated to reduce the risk of any damage to your Alfa's boot lid. These racks can carry 25kg

Revo-Rack is a completely new type of Alfa Romeo Spider luggage rack which eliminates the risk of paint damage, caused by steel clamps or straps on the boot/trunk lid edge its universal design also allows it to fit any boot lid that takes the foot print of the rack, irrespective of size or shape. This rack fits the classic Alfa Romeo Spider made from 1966-93, the 916 (1993-04) and the Brera Spider made from 2006-10.
We manufacture the rack ourselves its available in either a black finish thats powder coated, or a version thats hand polished and then anodised for a deep lasting shine.
With the Revo-Rack car boot rack no metal touches your Alfa only soft rubber vacuum cups these use the pressure of the atmosphere to secure the rack to your cars boot or trunk.

The Rack Frame :
This Alfa Romeo Spider luggage rack is manufactured from 25mm/ 1" 6063-T5 tubing this is an aluminium and magnesium alloy ( it will never rust ) As a result the rack frame weighs only 1.672kg / 3.6lb perfect for todays aluminium and composite boot/trunk lids. The cross bars are machine welded in place to ensure consistency, the rack is powder coated black. The rack measures 900x420mm / 36"x17"
The Supports :
The rack is secured to your Alfa's boot/trunk lid using three 115mm vacuum cups, rated by the manufacturer as capable of holding an 18kg/40lb load each.
Vacuum cups employ the force of atmospheric pressure to grip a surface: When a vacuum exists between the cup and the surface on which it is attached, the weight of Earth's atmosphere holds the cup in place with incredible force. Unlike suction cups that produce a vacuum as they pull away from the surface, Revo-Racks vacuum cups use a hand-actuated pump to efficiently remove air from between the rubber pad and the attaching surface thus creating a much more reliable hold.

We make a unique Alfa Romeo Spider luggage rack alternative the boot-bag. Boot-bag is a waterproof luggage bag that straps to the boot lid of your Alfa without a rack. Cars have evolved in many ways over the past 50 years yet, the boot rack has remained unchanged. All it allows you to do is fix a bag to the your car by first fixing the rack to the car, in 2008 we thought 'why not just fix the bag to the boot ?' and boot-bag was born. We have sold over 25,000 since then.
There are two sizes in the boot-bag range :
original - £124.95 / 144.95€ / $161.95 ( shown on all the Alfa's here ) - 50 Litres of additional luggage capacity measures 70x36x20cm ( 28"x15"x8") giving 50 litres (1.75 cubic feet) of additional storage. The soft non slip mat the bag sits on is slightly bigger measuring 80x40cm.
vacation - £154.95 / 174.95€ / $194.95 - 75 Litres of additional luggage capacity, 50% larger than the boot-bag original measuring 90x40x20cm.(36"x16"x8") The soft mat measures 90x45cm.

Boot-bag original fitted to Alfa Romeo Brera Spider
The boot-bag sits on soft non slip matting to protect paintwork its 4mm thick and slightly bigger than the bag no metal hooks or clips to damage paint with this Alfa Romeo Spider luggage rack system.
The soft base of the boot-bag has no clips or studs to damage paintwork, with the addition of the anti slip mat there is zero risk of damage, over 8 years of sales prove this.
boot-bag is supplied with 3 straps lay these out across your open boot.
Then place the boot-bag and matting onto the boot lid, the matting is slightly bigger than the bag. The bag has a zip on 3 sides thats covered by a flap held in place by velco make sure the logo is showing on the right. The side of the bag without the zip faces into the wind.
Then take the ends of the webbing and attach to the 6 ladder lock buckles on top of the bag. These are the same as you would find on a quality rucksack and once the webbing is tight it won't come loose. Detach the shoulder strap.
boot-bag is fully waterproof the two patches on top of the bag are sown then welded so no water can leak through the stitching.
Its even possible to open the boot with the bag attached. Boot-bag is fine on cars with a L shaped boot like this Honda just fill the boot before you lay the straps out.
